Part-Time Deposit Operations Representative

VP, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer

This Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer position is structured to provide for a Senior Officer to originate, manage, and service Commercial Relationships that meet established underwriting requirements, including the achievement of acceptable levels of profitability to the Bank at minimum risk. In this role, the incumbent will work with Commercial Relationships of a more complex nature.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assumes responsibility of personal development and training to insure a high level of customer service.
• Participates in a variety of Bank Committees as assigned.
• Interviews loan applicants; collects and analyzes financial data and determines general credit worthiness of the prospect and the merits of the loan request.
• Recommends the terms of the credit limits and serves as originating contact officer on loans above this limit.
• Monitors loan repayment activities of assigned loans and takes timely action to collect on routing delinquent accounts. Unusual situations should be discussed with the Director of Commercial Banking to taking action.
• Develops new business by contact prospects and existing customers.
• Develops a full relationship with prospects and customers by providing other Bank services and products.
• Develops for new or renewed loan submissions, and routes that analysis to the Director of Commercial Banking for possible modification and for decision as to whether to proceed with presenting the submission to the Loan Committee.
• Serves as a bank contact officer in the designated market area for non-borrowing and loan customers in matters relating to the bank’s other products and services.
• Participates in community activities to increase the individual’s and the bank’s visibility in the community market area.

 Qualifications:

• Ability to apply an understanding of business law and practices to a wide variety of business types.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking.
• Ability to apply a high degree of previously developed financial analysis and credit analysis skills.
• An effective working knowledge of the following skills: negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal relations, effective listening, lending, collections, and strong computer skills.
• Frequent travel to other offices, branches, and customer meetings.

Mortgage and Consumer Loan Servicing Representative

We are seeking a motivated individual with 2-3 years of banking experience for a full-time Mortgage and Consumer Loan Servicing Representative.  The qualified candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.  This position requires extensive knowledge of bank data systems, accurate computer input skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  The successful candidate will also process consumer loan application.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required.  This position report to the AVP of Loan Servicing.  Email your resume to hr@pfsb.com.
